    Scan

    Upper and lower full-arch scans. For night guards, add a bite scan.

    Send

    Choose Smilden as the lab in your scanner software, or upload the files in our Client Portal.

  3. 3

    Design & fabricate

    We design from your scan and Rx, then fabricate and check fit.

  4. 4

    Ship

    Ships within 5 business days of receiving the scan. Track the case in the Client Portal.

Rx checklist

Night guards: material (Soft, Hard/Soft or Processed Acrylic), arch, thickness, bite scan.
Retainers: arch (upper, lower or both), current full-arch scans.
